Terms of use

By using NeuroCompare you agree to these terms. Plain-English summary first, full terms below.

Last updated: September 2026

Short version

  • NeuroCompare is an information-only commercial comparison site. We are not a healthcare provider, not regulated by the CQC or MHRA, and we do not give clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • We aggregate publicly available information about private ADHD and autism assessment providers in the UK so you can compare options.
  • Prices, waiting times and service details change frequently. Always verify directly with the provider before booking.
  • If you book with a provider through us, your contract is with that provider, not with NeuroCompare.

1. Who we are

NeuroCompare is operated by RMSS Clinical Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16808208, with registered office at 58 Eskdale Avenue, Chesham, Buckinghamshire HP5 3AY. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to RMSS Clinical Limited trading as NeuroCompare.

2. Nature of the service

NeuroCompare is a commercial comparison and signposting service. It is not a medical, clinical, diagnostic, telehealth or healthcare service of any kind. We do not employ clinicians in connection with this site, do not deliver any regulated activity within the meaning of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, and are not registered with the Care Quality Commission, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (Northern Ireland), the General Medical Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Council or any other healthcare regulator.

Information shown about providers is collected from public sources (provider websites, public listings, news reports) and from providers themselves. Inclusion of a provider is not an endorsement, recommendation or warranty of clinical quality or fitness for any individual.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on NeuroCompare constitutes medical advice, a clinical opinion, a diagnosis, a referral, a recommendation to start or stop any treatment, or a substitute for consulting a qualified clinician. If you are in mental-health crisis, contact 999, NHS 111 (option 2) or the Samaritans on 116 123. See our medical disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy or republish the site or substantial parts of it without written permission;
  • use automated systems to extract data at a rate that disrupts the service;
  • misrepresent your identity (including impersonating a provider);
  • use the site to harass, defame or harm any provider, clinician or person;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Provider information & accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep provider information accurate but make no warranty that it is current, complete or error-free. Prices, waiting times, available services and shared-care policies change frequently and without notice. You must verify all material information directly with the provider before booking, paying or relying on it.

If you are a provider and wish to correct your listing or request removal, see our listing & corrections policy.

6. Bookings & contracts with providers

We do not sell, broker or arrange clinical services. If you click through to a provider and book an assessment or treatment, that contract is between you and the provider only. NeuroCompare is not a party to it and is not liable for the provider's acts, omissions, fees, refunds, clinical decisions, complaints handling or outcomes.

7. Affiliate links & sponsored placements

Some links are affiliate links, and some placements are sponsored. These are clearly disclosed. See our affiliate & sponsorship disclosure for the full picture. Sponsored placement does not affect organic ranking.

8. Intellectual property

The NeuroCompare name, branding, written content, structure, code and original data compilations are owned by or licensed to RMSS Clinical Limited. Provider names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those providers in a comparison context.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroCompare and RMSS Clinical Limited exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from: (a) reliance on information shown on the site; (b) any clinical decision, treatment, diagnosis, medication or service provided by a third-party provider; (c) any contract, dispute or transaction between you and a provider; (d) temporary unavailability of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain the protection of mandatory local consumer law.
